Now the fourth largest bookmaker in the UK, Betfred employs over 10,000 staff, has in excess of 1370 betting shops and boasts gross profits of £362m. Despite Betfred’s extensive commercial successes, the business was facing an attrition issue and was at risk of acquiring a poor reputation in the job market. In order to support and sustain its growth, Betfred required an ongoing talent strategy to build and stabilise its IT team.
