The Brief

Having navigated the start-up phase the business hired a new CIO to help grow its product offering. When he joined, he only had a small team and a third party to deliver a 3 year plan.

Talent would need to slot into the business as a sound cultural fit, have industry experience and come on site when needed. There were also requirements for a short time to hire, understanding both the competitive nature of the hiring market and to grow the team as quickly as possible. The CIO engaged with Uniting Ambition, knowing we have a strong track record in this field.


The Solution

We provided market mapping and salary benchmarking, considering competitors within the challenger banking and FinTech space.

Having no recruitment capability in place, we owned the recruitment process, building Phase One of the team.

We hired talent within:

Our team continued to support the client up until a new Talent Acquisition Lead was onboarded and then supported her and her team, working in partnership once the initial phase was completed.
