The Brief

This transformation project took the retailer beyond the confines of its own website, offering select client brands the ability to leverage its technology, warehousing, logistics, and broader operational infrastructure to power their online stores.

The initiative has supported well-known names across fashion, luxury, and lifestyle—ranging from high-growth start-ups to iconic global brands.

One of the most ambitious phases of the programme went live in Spring 2022, marking a step-change in scale and capability for the retailer’s ecommerce-as-a-service offering.
