Senior Software Engineer

£65,000 + 15% Bonus (Approx Package C. £75,000), Travel Allowance also included.

Are you a skilled developer with a passion for automation, integration, and data accuracy? We're looking for a Senior Software Developer to play a critical role in optimising our digital, internal, and financial systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across key business systems, enhancing operational performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring accurate, compliant data handling. You’ll be working in a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative projects that have a direct impact on business success

What you will be doing:

• Developing Full-stack applications, utilising modern technologies such as React, TypeScript and C#.

• Implementing and configuring 3rd party integrations into existing applications

• Developing APIs (WebAPI and RestAPI).

• Automating data collection and reporting to improve marketing and business decision-making

• Collaborating with internal teams and third parties to ensure seamless system integration

• Developing new innovate email templates , and maintaining HTML email templates for efficient communication

• Hosting and deploying CI/CD pipelines, created with Azure.

• Automating data transfer processes between platforms and Sage ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

• Testing, validating, and supporting integrations and data pipelines to ensure system reliability and accuracy

• Providing documentation and training to ensure ongoing team self-sufficiency

Your Experience:

• Experience with data integrations or third party integrations.

• Solid knowledge of C#, .Net or ASP.Netcore

• Proven experience using React and Typescript

• Familiarity with API-based data transfer methods

• Understanding of financial systems such as Sage 50/Sales force (Would be advantageous) 

• Exposure to AWS or other cloud platforms

• Strong understanding of TDD/OOP and SOLID

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
