The skills we need to hire -

• Seniority in terms of technical experiences, design and architectural input
• Experience operating within TDD and BDD environments
• Experienced using .netCore, AWS services inc s3, lambdas
• Microservices and API development
• Adherence to Definition of Done - as an example
