AI Adoption Lead

£600-£750 outside IR35 – 6 months

Our client now requires an experienced AI Adoption Lead to work with their client base.    This is very much a change and enablement role. You will define what AI-enable ways of working means for their client base, working with a range of stakeholders in the business up to c-suite in order to ensure the new AI ways of working are embedded in the business. Strong experience in change management, adoption, organisational change, behavioural change or transformation enablement.

• Experience supporting adoption of AI, automation, digital tools, workflow platforms or new technology-enabled ways of working.
• Understanding of AI adoption challenges, including trust, confidence, misuse, over-reliance, workarounds, resistance and behavioural risk.
• Ability to design practical adoption strategies across communications, training, stakeholder engagement, role impact, leadership alignment and reinforcement.
• Experience using adoption data, usage analytics, employee feedback or workflow insights to monitor engagement and improve adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders, managers and operational teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, complex or ambiguous transformation environments.
• Understanding of responsible AI, human-in-the-loop controls, governance, accountability and safe AI usage is desirable.
