AI Strategy Lead

6 month contract outside IR35 £800 - £850 per day 

Our client now requires an experienced AI Strategy Lead to work with their client base.  They have several transformation programmes whereby their clients want to use AI, automation and agentic to improve business performance.

You should have a strong consulting background, be able to demonstrate commercial acumen, operating model design,  This role will be working with senior stakeholders  (C-suite) to assess where they can implement and demonstrate true AI value.  Ideally you will have worked with Financial Services clients

• Senior consulting experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, operating model design, business transformation or technology-led change.
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, generative AI and agentic workflows, with the ability to translate concepts into practical business applications.
• Experience assessing end-to-end business journeys, process maturity, operating model effectiveness and value realisation opportunities.
• Commercial mindset, with experience linking transformation initiatives to cost reduction, productivity, revenue enablement, efficiency, quality, adoption and ROI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-suite, functional leaders, technology teams and operational SMEs.

Contract Details

• Rate: £800 + per day
• Duration: Initial 6-month contract with strong extension potential
• Location: Predominantly remote, with occasional travel to London if required
